TCEP mobilizes youth + adults for social justice work by building individual capacity, collective power, + mutual responsibility through culturally relevant + community-directed education, leadership development, + organizing.  We chat about  fostering authentic relationships, creating social change through small steps, + supporting youth + diverse leaders from inside the impacted community.
